Duties of the
Pulaski County Treasurer/Collector
Duties are as follows:

Collects property taxes and municipal, county, school and special
improvements district taxes.

Prepares a list of delinquent property taxes for newspaper
publication.

Certifies tax delinquent lands to the Arkansas Commissioner of State
Lands.

Disburses county and school district funds.

Receipts county tax collections, county turnback funds, federal
matching funds, state aid to school district funds and revenues from
various taxing units of the county.

Signs checks authorized by the county court.
-
Keeps an accurate, detailed account of receipts and disbursements of
the county.
-
Makes a monthly financial report to the Quorum Court on the fiscal
condition of the county.
